Workout challenges

Well, apparently I worked out too hard on Friday and I really hurt my back. It's not so bad today but my legs are still very painful. I had the vertical sleeve gastrectomy surgery so my bones and joints wouldn't hurt so much any more - it seems like all I've really done is trade one kind of pain for another.

I'm feeling pretty unmotivated right now.

    Workouts will strengthen you over time so when you overdo it, take a couple of days and go back, it gets easier the more often you go, I promise!
