Here we go again....

Once again, I am starting a healthy eating program. This time, I am trying to not beat myself up. When I start thinking mean or discouraging things, I make myself stop and state that "This will get you nowhere. Let it go!" Negative self-talk will not help or change where I am now or what I've done. Staying the course is what I need to do.

    You can do it. Find a positive mantra to use when the negatives move in. Try writing yourself a positive note to read to yourself every morning. Keep it where you know you will see it. Good Luck. emoticon
