Day 35

Wednesday, February 04, 2015

Yesterday was an up and down kind of day. I ended up not getting much done (with cleaning) and not working out (remembered as I was laying down last night). I did start on my baby blanket, only to find a baby blanket style that I like even more... I have plenty of yarn so may start that one later, we'll see. I got four whole rows done on the one I'm working on, so was happy with that progress. Maybe I'll finish sometime in June *sarcasm*.

God has painted a beautiful sunrise this morning. Reminding me to refocus on the good things and put the not so good things into perspective. I may not have gotten a lot done, but I had kids over at the house all afternoon. My friend and her three kids and then the neighborhood girls showed up and stayed till 5 (then came back wanting to play more). DH was gone taking his Mom home from work (who lives an hour away) but he brought home BBQ for dinner, which I have been craving. I may not have worked out, but I did get some crochet work done and I've been wanting to do it for a while now.

My goal for today is to have a good therapy session and try to relax afterward with my lunch, if that means going to the same place to eat as usual, that is fine, I want to feel comfortable. I'd like to get home in time to work out some, but it is not a must do, I need to get to Micheals and see about renting the craft room for a birthday party and see what they have available as far as crafts go.

What I really want to do is go crawl back in bed. But I'll go climb in the shower instead and wake myself up and get ready to get going. It's going to be a busy day!
