First Week

First week went pretty well. I found a few smoothie recipes that I like, and once I got all that sugar out of my body, all the aches and pains went away - even my thumb feels better. I was sure I was going to end up at the doctor.

I was in a local shop when someone brought in a salad from SaladWorks. I asked them where the SaladWorks was in our area. She told me where it was, and after my workout on Friday night, I went to check it out. I asked the cashier how long they had been open, and she said 8 years! WHAT? How did I not know this was here for 8 years??? I will be stopping there more often.

    I'm cutting out sugar as well, and can't believe I don't crave it anymore.
