45 minutes intentional fitness or “cardio chores”= 15 points
60 minutes intentional fitness or “cardio chores”= 20 points
(“cardio chores” is any work that gets your heart pumping)
emoticon Flowers (Take time to smell the roses -- “Me Time”)
15 points per day for something that helps you relax/feel beautiful, etc. (Examples: mani/pedi, massage, meditation, long bath or shower, makeover, read a book, etc.)

2 points for each serving of fruit
2 points for each serving of veggies
10 points for preparing your main meal at home
20 points for tracking every bite daily
30 points for staying in range daily

2 pts/goodie for sending a goodie to a BLC friend (up to 10 pts)
2 points daily for spinning the spark wheel
5 points daily for trying something new (activity, DVD, class, etc.)
10 points daily for doing something fun with a friend or family member
20 points, 1x only, for sharing in your chat thread, how you met your spouse or best friend.
