It takes the first step, and you are on your way.
I have been struggling since Christmas, after not going off my program for 14 months.
I start every morning, but by night I am eating anything my stomachs and brain wants.
I know sugar is hard to get off of. I done it a few times now.
I do best on a low carb program; but needed a change. I decided to ask for help from a low carb team member, from a team I had never visited before. Well JAZZID sent me a wonder site and now I am on it and so is a very good friend. It is still low carb, but I will be able to have nuts, avocado's and olives and I am really happy about having new food to eat and not be cheating. I even get coffee.
