Made a plan...stuck to it...and results were great

Today is my hubby's birthday but I also start my week of "on call" duty so we chose to go out last night for dinner in case I have to work. He chose Olive Garden as the restaurant to celebrate.
I researched the menu before going and made a plan of what I would order. I'm very proud of myself for sticking to my plan. Even though I logged 1/2, I ate maybe 1/3 of my entree' and took the rest home. I ordered soup and only had one serving, even though it's unlimited refills. I only ate one breadstick. I am so proud of myself for this accomplishment. I was within my daily goals in all categories because I made a plan and stuck to it!!!
