Plan/ Prepare
I will plan meals/snacks and track before I eat, to stay within calorie range all week. I will post my CICO in the Tiger team chat daily. I will complete all required Tiger workouts and continue C25K and post in the Tiger team chat daily.
ACT
Track meals and snacks before eating. Use my HRM to keep CO/CI as accurate as possible. C25K on Friday, Sunday, and Tuesday this week.
WRITE
This week I have some time off from work, so my focus will be on myself. I will take the time to plan meals/snacks in advance, and keep on track with workouts. CICO will be posted in Tiger team chat daily.
SET a non scale and Scale goal.
NS Goal- Post daily in the Tiger chat, post CICO daily in the Tiger chat, plan/track meals/snacks daily, and stay on track with workouts
Weight Goal- 2lb loss
