Yay! emoticon emoticon I'm down to 248 again! I weighed mid-week (when I started the Juice Plus again) and weighed 151 pounds emoticon I did not want to ever get over the 250 mark, and was so crestfallen when I weighed that day. But, I started my working out and healthy eating plan and am already down 3 pounds, back to where I was the week before at 248! *Happy Dance!*

emoticon My calves are screaming at me, I stretch them every chance I get, but they are so tight. I'm doing step aerobics on the WiiFit for 30 minutes. I started out doing 10 minutes on a riser that I put the WiiFit board on, so I'm stepping up more than just the few inches the board is. Now I'm lasting 6 minutes or 600 steps (very fast paced). After that my calves just can't take any more and I take the riser off. My legs felt like jello this morning, but it felt good to work out!

emoticon I'm loving my Juice Plus Complete protein shake that is chocolate, just mix some strawberries and a banana in and yum. Or peanut butter and banana, just a tbsp of peanut butter does it, then freeze it and it is like an ice cream. But the vanilla shake... well, I'm not so fond of it. I haven't come up with a combination where I think it actually tastes good. It's edible, but that's about it. DH came up with great ideas that would make it taste good, but they all added way too many calories to my 300 calorie protein shake (that's with the fruit added). I'm going to try it with peaches tonight... if I get hungry enough to eat one, I've got a migraine and am not that hungry.

emoticon This is hard, I won't deny it. It would be so easy to grab one of the many snack foods that DH bought this last week. So easy to give in to sugary, pastry goodness. Even some of the snacks I bought thinking I could have, turns out they have dairy in them, so I can't. So very hard. But those three pounds? They are worth every bit of heartache I have over those cheez-its or whatever. emoticon emoticon
