Mild Injury - makes things complicated

I woke up this morning with a pain in my Adductor muscles on my right thigh. I have been dealing with it all day. I want to exercise - if even just the 10 minutes I have committed to. But moving hurts and I don't want to make things worse. I'm feeling better this evening after resting all day - so that must be the right thing. BUT - for the first time I can ever remember I actually WANT to get on the Treadmill... or the Bike... or just stretch!

It's hard to know what to do but I think this time I should listen to my body and assume that maybe by tomorrow I will be feeling better enough to do the things I want to do!
