7 Day Challenge...Who's With Me?

Today begins my 7 day challenge. The challenge is to stay within your calories/fats/protein/carbs every day and exercise every day for 7 days. I want you to join me! My friend TWENSTEN has already jumped on board - Who else would like in on this challenge?? (We'll keep updated via blogging throughout the week.)
7 days may not seem like a lot, but it's hard to do! I know that I haven't stayed within my nutrition ranges and exercised for 7 days in a row probably ever! Hopefully this will kickstart some serious weight loss for us...Let's do it!
