Today marks a 7 day streak of logging into SP I can't say that I have kept on track with other goals but hey, this is a start.
Last night, I decided that I would get my 10 minutes of exercise in for the day. This was at 10:30. I thought about how awful I have been since the weather has been cold and I feel like I'm too broke to start boot camp again. I already had my jammies on but I decided to march in place doing high knees and butt kicks with arm motions. It really wasn't too bad and I felt oh so good afterwards. It's such a great accomplishment knowing that I had made myself do something, even though it wasn't much.
Slowly but surely, I will get there. One baby step at a time and continued effort to stay on track.
