Why is it that most days can feel like I'm starting over at the beginning?
I struggled with bronchitis for about a month and when I finally kicked the cough I wasn't in the right mindset to get back in the game.
Last week was horrible with bad eating choices and not enough exercise. I always seem to struggle with meals when I'm not at home and I've been doing a lot of running around.
This week I am going to hit 300 fitness minutes!!
I will drink at least 6 glasses of water a day
I will track all of my food and make good choices
