Plan/ Prepare
I head back to work this week, so I will pack and track my meals/snacks each morning. I will post my CICO in the Tiger team chat daily. I will complete all required Tiger workouts and continue C25K and post in the Tiger team chat daily.
ACT
I will finish up week 2 of C25K and start week 3. My run days will be Thursday, Saturday, and Monday this week. ST on Friday (Lower) and Sunday (Upper). Along with all Tiger appointed tasks and WEC tasks.
WRITE
This week I'm back to work, which makes it harder for me to get my workouts in. I work 12 hour days, so I have to have a plan of when I can fit things in. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday's workout will be in the morning, before work. Monday's workout will be after work. Tuesday I am off work, so I'll head to the gym after my youngest heads to school.
SET a non scale and Scale goal.
NS Goal- Post daily in the Tiger chat, post CICO daily in the Tiger chat, plan/track meals/snacks daily, and stay on track with workouts
Weight Goal- 2lb loss
