Some strength ideas

Isn't it amazing how something can almost drop in your lap just when you need it. I've been bouncing around what I would like to do for strength exercises besides the free weight ones that I do occasionally. On MSN's page this morning there was a link to 6 exercise to help you lose inches. I decided to copy them and print them out for quick reference. My goal will be to do these 3 times a week like the article suggests. These exercises are exactly what I was looking for. Here is the link if you want to take a look.

As the saying goes march came in like a lion so it should go out like a lamb. I say to March - Bring It on! I'm going to keep this lion roaring. I hope you do too.
