Small Changes Make A Big Difference

I finished the 30 day small changes challenge over the weekend. I'm down 12 pounds and so proud of myself. I can't wait to get started on my next challenge. Which one should I pick. Any suggestions?

    PS...I always love a good pedometer challenge! So if you don't have one go get one at Walmart and wear it everywhere and see how many steps you actually take in a day! Remember that 5000 steps is 2.5 miles!

    Welcome, Spark People has become my support groups for you see I am a recovering grease-holic. Yes, it is true if you can "fry it" I can "eat it".

    Moderation is a very important key to being successful in our journey. One day at a time....Look for small victories...Look for non-scale successes.
