Making the most of Today!

I have started this snowy Minnesota morning with my Inspirational reading and journal writing, and then gone on to Spark People. Once I'm finished with a healthy breakfast I will do my Bible Study and then "to the mats" as they say in Yoga Journal. I want to find a consistent time when I can do my workouts - I've been fitting them in whenever I can but it doesn't seem to be as helpful.
I am getting stronger, and my clothes are fitting better; but it's now time to stop playing at this and getting serious! It won't be long before I can get outside with Daisy and I want to be able to make it at least 1 mile - maybe 2!
So today I'm not going to let the negative feelings break through - only positive thoughts for me today!
