Foot Pain....no fun!

I haven't done Zumba for a couple or more (I can't remember exactly) weeks. The instructor has had some other conflicts, one of which she broke her tailbone while sledding OUCH!
Anyway, Monday she was able to teach again and so I cancelled plans I had already made to attend a showing of Grease so that I could shake my booty and burn some calories.
I chose to wear a pair of shoes that I used only for exercise but hadn't worn in a while. Well, my feet went pretty much numb 1/2 way through class. I pushed myself to do the best I could and finished class. Walking up the stairs afterwards was quite a challenge but I made it.
My left foot, especially on the bottom, has been hurting pretty much non-stop since Monday. I'm trying to decide if it started with the boots I wore during the day Monday or if it's due to doing Zumba on concrete floor or if I really have an injury. Yesterday, I made sure to wear boots that had my custom orthotics in them but it really didn't seem to make any difference. Today, I'm wearing my Ecco shoes, which are supposed to be really good for support. This pain is different than pain I've experienced in the past. Hopefully, it will go away soon and I'll be able to exercise more.
