Day 39: Thinking Spring

Even though there is still some snow in the yard, I know spring is just around the corner. I'm dreaming of tee shirts, capri pants, outdoor activities...the list is endless. I'm looking forward to packing away my coat for many months. I only lost a pound this week but other than be discouraged, I'm taking it as a win. As long as I'm losing I'm happy. My left knee has been hurting. I couldn't even walk on the treadmill yesterday because the pain was too much. I can't get in to see my doctor until the 18th and to me that seems like too long to go without walking. But I don't want to cause any permanent damage by continuing to walk so I'm not sure what to do. I'm just afraid I'll lose all the ground I've gained. If anyone has any suggestions I'm open to ideas. I'm so glad I found this site. It has been an invaluable tool in my weight loss journey. I hope you all have a great week.

    SP has a lot of exercises that you do just sitting. I have done 2 of them and I like both. I did an abs one which I did Saturday and I've done the cardio one.

    Keep on trying and if you hurt your knee... Stay off the treadmill .. I had to do Chair exercises so I can tell you there is a ton of them on the Sparks Videos.. just 10 mins a day three times is a nice work out.. so keep a positive attitude and keep going.. and just pick yourself up and know I am here.. I will be here all day and I am alone .. but will check in at different times to help others that will coming back from Church.. Come on now lets get to going..
