ITS MARCH!?!

I could have sworn I was here a week ago. But its actually been two weeks now and its March! Why didn't anybody tell me this!? lol Feels like a just blinked and poof here we are. Well my weigh in last week went good, I actually weighed in on tuesday and was down a little over half a pound. NOT and ACTUAL pound oh well I hope this week turns out better, but i'm not gonna beat myself over it if it doesn't. Its a new month and I have to set some goals.

***3/9/15-3/31/15***
-KEEP CHUGGING THAT WATER emoticon
-USE TREADMILL EVERYDAY (even if its 10 mins) emoticon
-LOSE 5 LBS emoticon
-START USING FREE WEIGHTS emoticon emoticon
-STOP EATING AFTER 7
-BLOG ON SP MORE OFTEN! emoticon
