Lose 1 pound per week
Eat a piece of fruit every day
Order what I want but only eat 1/2 (or less) and save the rest for at home meals. (unless it's fish, yuk on leftovers. Split fish with someone at the table.)
Figure out the healthiest thing and eat that first.
Drink a lot of water
Eat until I'm full and not until I'm stuffed.
Still working on this one.
REMEMBER, food will not disappear from my life if I don't eat everything offered.
