Back from hiatus.

Wow. It's been a little over 6 weeks since my last blog entry. I have been a putz. I haven't been treadmilling lately. I was all full of excuses too! My hip was hurting, I was too busy, my cough was too bad ... and the truth was, I just didn't feel like it. So no treadmilling meant I couldn't eat as much ... so ... easy fix ... don't log my food LOL .... Anyway, I didn't go crazy, but I haven't lost anything in the last 6 weeks. Six valuable weeks before summer and I fizzled out. Sooooo today I was about to get in the shower and I said to myself "Damn it Lisa, get your butt on that treadmill" ... so I suited up (shorts & tank, socks and sneaks) ... and got my butt on that treadmill. I didn't go as fast as I had been, and not quite as long ... but I did almost 1.25 miles in 30 minutes so that is better than nothing! I am back on track. Looking forward to walking tomorrow too ... and guess what ... I have been logging my food today. It just took one little bit of pressure for the good angel on my shoulder to knock that bad devil on the other shoulder for a loop. Yes, I watched too many cartoons as a kid.

NO MORE EXCUSES. I NEED TO FINISH WHAT I HAVE STARTED.

    I do know what you mean though...I don't have the energy at present to exercise and I need to get it checked...
