Today is one of those gloomy days that makes you want to pull the covers up and crawl back in bed. This is my early week at work and my bedtime has not been adjusted to accommodate so I haven't been getting enough sleep. My body just doesn't like to go to bed earlier unless I am overly exhausted. Usually I don't have a problem staying asleep once I fall asleep but last night was an exception. I'm going to try really, really hard to make it to bed earlier tonight.
Yesterday, I went way over on my intake. I did more exercise than usual, though. I walked in that park after work and bowled. Today, I'm really going to watch it and make sure my intake is much less.
