Things I need to do from now BL27 & BL28

I do not blog here that often, and I want that to change starting now. I want to start blogging once a month!
With this blog that I am starting today I want to put it out there for everyone to read some things I need to change.
1. I need to stop putting my fingers in my mouth
2. I need to say NO more often to food that I should not eat, such as candy, & chips.
3. I need to start eating more often; at least 3 - 4 times per day.
4. Exercise at the gym more often.
5. Lift more weights
6. Train harder for the 26.2 Marathon next year
7. Draw more often
8. Start painting
I want to wear a size 8 by December at the latest.
I know I can do it if I stick to it!
