Hello, motivation, I've missed you!
I'm not sure what it was that pushed me over the edge and into the gym, but it's pretty awesome. Usually, I'm the queen of "fresh start tomorrows" (I'll eat this whole pizza today, and tomorrow I start fresh...). During those times, I forget how hitting the gym regularly improves my life in so many ways.
Going to the gym:
Helps my anxiety
Gives me self confidence
Gives me more energy throughout the day
Makes me feel accomplished
Burns calories so I can eat more
I haven't felt this good about myself in a long time, so I'm gonna ride this wave of motivation and see where it takes me. It's funny, but it feels like the good days kind of build on themselves and it keeps me wanting to do good. Like, I've been on this streak and I don't want to break it, and the longer the streak is, the more likely it is that I am going to continue doing well.
Hope everyone is having a badass day, I have to go study for my Microbiology quiz.
