Simple Pedometer Goal & Arm toning help

WooHoo! I finally beat 70.000 steps last week for the first time in a long time.
I went over 10,000 6 out of 7 days! (Saturday I only got 6k)
Actually I logged 83000.

I am also up to 50 wall push-ups at least 3 times a week. I am seeing more toning in my arms but still no improvement on the arm under-hang.
My wedding dress has no sleeves so I am really trying to figure that one out.

Any tips?
OR is that on of those things that cannot be helped?

    As has been said tricep exercises may help. Overall weight loss will probably help more. Spot training is kind of myth but I do think strengthening underlying muscle improves appearance. I would have a look at suggestions but dips are good. Tricep pushups if you really want to torture yourself - that means hands close together and elbows in. I also like skull crushers (or I had one trainer that called them that) - lay down on a bench hold a barbell straight up your chest and bend at your elbows to bring the bar at your forehead :-)

    Way to go! It sounds like you are doing some awesome things. I think triceps exercises would help. I bet if you looked on here, you would find some ideas. I could try to explain some of the things I do, but I feel like it would turn into a long, complicated, confusing thing, and that is not so helpful. I've been using the 21 Day fix recently, which is all about portion control, clean eating, and a daily 30 minute workout. It's been helping everywhere, but I've definitely noticed some improvement in my arms. Hopefully that helps!
