80lbs lost and Week 4 Results

OMG I have reached another milestone, I'm 80lbs lighter! Looking back at last year when I restarted back up on this healthy lifestyle journey, I was at my heaviest weight I've ever been 326. Prior to that I had tried a few times to do a comeback after having my second child and was unsuccessful. I'm so glad I made the decision to give it another try. I had a few detours, bumps, and challenges, but I didn't let that stop me. I picked myself up and kept pushing. That's a very important key, KEEP GOING! It doesn't matter if you have a few slipups, a few bad days, or several detours, what matters is picking yourself up and keep pushing.

WEEK 4 RESULTS: April 22-28
This week started off bad with feeling stressed out and overwhelmed. On Thursday, I had a major slipup and let's just say it wasn't pretty. The only good thing that happened that day was I still made it to my exercise class. The next day I said to myself get a grip and get back at it girl! You have to take control and get back focus, so that's what I did. We all have choices to make. We could feel sorry for ourselves and give in or we can say hey I had a slip up, but I'm not going to let it defeat me. I'm going to keep pushing.

Nutrition: I stayed on track 6 out of 7 days.

Fitness: My goal for this week was 300mins and I did 223mins. I came up short, but Every BIT COUNTS!

Weigh In: I tell you weigh ins are tricky. Last week I worked my butt off with exercising and eating well. I lost 0.6 now this week with my slipup and not hitting my exercise goal, I lost 2lbs. I tell you that scale has a mind of it own. emoticon
