Every day 10,000

This week my pedometer hit 84,807 steps. For the first time in forever I hit over 10,000 all the days (the lowest being Friday at 10154).

This morning I weighed in and had GAINED half a pond.
Then I realized my bladder was full.
LOL

Re-weighed and I lost 0.4 lbs.

This is not nearly enough to reach my goal weight by my goal date but I hope that with more hard work I step it up a bit.

    Way to go! I need to up my game on those steps! I often get over 6,000... but 10,000 tends to be more difficult unless I go for a walk or something. I can't figure it out because I've always thought I moved a lot. I'm a teacher who walks to and from work, walks around the classroom all day, takes the three flights of stairs over the elevator every time, and still I can't seem to regularly hit 10,000.
