Where have I been?

My last blog was written in January. I seemed so positive about staying on track with eating well and exercise. A lot of things happened that stressed me out and sent me heading for the fridge. I hate that I still don't have this emotional eating thing under control.
Stressful stuff~
-I moved into a new house, which lengthened my commute (I now drive 55 minutes to work). And all the stuff that goes along with that.
-My father was in the ICU for over a month, and he is still in hospital. He had complications from a surgery to fix an intestinal blockage. I was driving three hours back and forth from the hospital for a while because we didn't think he would make it.
I'm racking my brain trying to think of what else was stressing me out, but isn't that enough? It really bugs me that those two things were enough to send me into a tailspin.
But here I am... I'm back. I'm on Day 4, in hopes of keeping up my tracking and exercise for 30 days straight to create some good habits.
I'm really excited to lose the next 25 pounds and say that I have finally lost 100 pounds after chipping away at it for the past 4 1/2 years! Is this my year??? I hope so!
