Week 5 results for: April 29-May 5
This was my son birthday week and of course we had to do the big celebration. I had already plan to enjoy his birthday with him, but I had a few unplanned episodes this week.
Nutrition: This week was sort of a bad week nutrition wise. I also had the munchies from TOM arrival.
. I regrouped and got back on track. I stayed in range 4 out of 7 days.
Fitness: This was a busy week for me, but I made sure I got in my exercise. On Tuesday, I forgot my heart rate monitor watch and OMG I felt so lost in exercise class without it.
Weigh In: I'm so happy with this loss considering my few days of overeating, TOM, and the munchies.
