Unhealth in numbers. Getting physicled for exercise.

I did not like the nurse.
I liked the nurse well enough. He was 6 ft tall, very handsome but not at all susceptible to my charm.
He told me I was only 5'5". Wrong, buddy!
I ran home and had DH measure me I'm still 5'6" (whew) I might carry the weight of the world on these shoulders but I haven't shrunk almost 2 inches, only 3/4". I reached 5'6 and 3/4 inches at a peak height!.
I did not like the pre-exercise physical for determining all those numbers that are still bouncing around in what's left of my brain.
Sigh, I knew my stress level was affording me pounds. I could see it in the empty box of Triscuit wasabi and soy crackers 1 day after purchase.
Body fat composition- 43%
The funny part is my bone/muscle mass is 125lbs. I keep telling everyone I'm solid!
Blood pressure-106/64. My Zen phase is working. Ying or yang, Cheech or Chong. Whatever.
I'm a calmly in-control-over-stressed-fat woman.
The rest of the numbers are just numbers Even at skinny I had a 31 inch waist so a measurement of 37.7" doesn't seem surprising.
But when did my hips get to be 50 inches? Peel me an lay me out flat, I'm almost as big around as I am tall!
