Beck Diet Solution. Exercise Report.

This week I started working with the Beck Diet Solution book, a cognitive behavioral plan that works with any nutrition plan. It targets your thinking. It's a six week plan. I think I will enjoy it, because I like journaling.
I'm enjoying walking and yoga very much! I feel much better the past two weeks, and I'm sleeping GREAT. A big change. Energy levels are higher and mood is happier. Especially with the hot weather, walking is my choice (as opposed to running).
Monday: 2.28 miles walk on hills. 20 min yoga.
Tuesday: 3.21 miles walk on hills, 25 min yoga.
Wednesday: 2.10 miles walk on hills, 40 min yoga.
Thursday: 3.10 miles walk on hills, 20 min yoga.
Friday: 3.10 miles walk on hills, 55 min yoga.
Saturday: 3.28 miles walk on hills, 25 min yoga.
TODAY: REST DAY!!!! Plus, I will be a the dojo for a good chunk of time, my husband is testing for black belt today.
