Week 6 Resutls (Operation Pre-Pregnancy weight)

Week 6 results for: May 6-12

This week was focusing on getting out of my comfort zone. It's that time again to reevaluate and change things up. I updated my weight and fitness goals in Spark with increased fitness minutes and Spark increased my calorie range. I decided to eat at the top of my range since I was increasing my exercise. You know it's a trial and error thing you just have to figure out what will work for you. I had an awesome Mother's Day and of course I worked out that day!



Nutrition: I am finding that I am struggling with my nutrition a bit. It is time for me to really focus on my nutrition. I have already created a meal plan for this week and will try to stick to 1400 to 1600 calories this week and will see how that works. I stayed in range 5 out of 7 days.


Fitness: I decided to increase my exercise days from 4 to 5 days a week. I am really doing good with exercising and getting in a good burn.



Weigh In: I was hoping for at least 2lbs lost this week, but hey every bit counts!
