Week 7 Results (Operation Pre-Pregnancy Weight)

Week 7 results for: May 13-19

This was a very busy and hectic week. I wasn't feeling good one day then I had so much to do this week emoticon . I can't wait until Sunday everything should be calmer.

Nutrition: I did pretty good with the exception of 2 days. I had one bad meal and then one day I went over calories. I stayed in range 5 out of 7 days.


Fitness: I was aiming for 5 days of exercising, but only was able to do 3 days. I made sure I got a good burn in with those 3 days.



Weigh In: I'm happy and surprised with this week weigh in. I was expecting to lose another pound, but to my surprise I lost 2lbs. I tell you that scale surely has a mind of its own. I didn't work out as hard as last week and I had a not so good meal and lost more than I did last week. I tell you a mind of it's own!


Food For Thought:
Just because the scale hasn't been showing your hardwork, doesn't mean you aren't making progress.
