Right now I'm struggling with a gain in my weight. It's hard to admit that honestly. I know what it is too. I'm still pretty active, so movement is not really the issue. The issue is that once again, I'm just eating junk. Not ALL the time. I'll eat a healthy breakfast and lunch and then just eat crap in the afternoon. I'm going back and forth on trying to redo my post-op diet for a few weeks. Get back on board and then maybe go full force on the Trim Healthy Mama eating. It's a little complicated honestly, but alot of people have great success with it.
Bad news and good news... My inlaws were in town this weekend. They both have diabetes... they tested DH's sugar and it was insanely high. SO.. he may be finally on board to start eating better with me. I think that will be nice to take this "journey" towards a healthy lifestyle easier.
We are officially TTC again too, so that's another reason to get back on the healthy eating wagon.
