Getting back to basics

Today i lost another lb. Officially 10lbs since i had my stroke. But i still find myself "sneaking" foods. I sneak chips at work when i know i shouldnt have the sodium. I sneak drinks of my daughters soda. I sneak a pickle in the kitchen late at night. *sigh* all of this tells me that i still have a long way to go. Ive come along way too. But i want to make sure when i hit goal weight that it is forever. I want this to be a permanent change (boy is that an oxymoron!) So i think ive got to get back to basics. I think i will start the Sparkpeople program over again. And i think i will spend a month on each habit.
Here goes another 10lbs. I just know it!
