Week 8 Results (Operation Pre-Pregnancy Weight)

Week 8 results for : May 20-26

This was a rough week and I didn't do as good as I would've like to. I am so close to my pre-pregnancy weight and yet it seems like I'm constantly getting side tracked.


Nutrition: I am struggling on Fridays and it just seems to be happening over and over. I will be working on this area. I stayed in range 5 out of 7 days.


Fitness: I missed the ball this week with my exercising. I was only able to do two days of exercising. I have got to refocus and push harder.



Weigh In: No weight loss this week, but no gain either so that's a win considering the week I had.

Total Weight Loss: -3.4lbs
Total Fitness Minutes: 1,053

Food For Thought:
This journey is not straight forward there will be all kinds of challenges, detours, and setbacks, but know that it's ok you can still be successful even if your journey is not perfect.
