I'm very excited to join MOM4HOCKEY on her summer challenge. Here's her post regarding the challenge. www.sparkpeople.com/mypa
It's a 14 week challenge, June 1 - September 7.
My goals for this challenge are the following:
1. Fitness: Continue running - 3x a week; Attend Body Pump - 2x week. Walk or elip.. ??? - 1x week. That gives me one rest day.
2. Hydrate: I've got into the nasty habit of drinking sodas almost daily. They're diet, so I'm not "drinking my calories" but it's not hydrating. So, I'm going to concentrate on drinking my 8 glasses of water daily.
3. Track my food. This might be my biggest struggle, but it will keep me accountable. If I don't want to write it down, I won't eat it.
My goal is to lose 20 lbs in the next 14 weeks.
