Back in the Saddle Again!

Monday, June 01, 2015

Hello, SparkFriends! Long time, no see. I can't believe how busy my first year of teaching has been, but school is over now, so I'm going to get back to Sparking! Unfortunately, I gained every last ounce of weight that I lost, so I had to start over. In the past week, I've lost 3 lbs, so I'd say that's a pretty good start! Time to get back on track.

I'm excited to get back to Planet Fitness and feel the positive vibes that working out gives me yet again. I'm trying to check up on all of my SparkFriends' progress, so let me know how things have been going for you! I'm always interested in your successes, and I'm always here for you if you're struggling. I've missed SP!

Hope to hear from you soon,
Alex

Glad you enjoyed teaching this year & now you get to relax a bit over the summer. Fun! I'm looking forward to moving at the end of July and getting to join the YMCA. Can't wait to belong to a gym. Enjoy your Planet Fitness!!!
