NYC marathon is 5 months away.

Yesterday's workout was a 20-minute elliptical "warm up," then an upper body circuit on the fixed weight machines, followed by a timed mile treadmill test.

It was not pretty. But at least it's a start. I've got a looooong way to go, and 5 months doesn't sound like nearly enough time.

    16 week marathon training program...that means you can do nothing for a whole nother month before you even start! :-)
