PAWSE Week 3

I feel like I did well this week, stayed in my range.. stayed active.. posted... stayed on top of it all pretty well
This week I will keep my lunch box packed and keep it with me when I leave home..keep the fridge stalked with fruits and veggies, keep adding more wholesome foods to fridge and cupboards. I will also think about and study about trying to get a hr monitor/watch type thing to get my calories more accurate although this is something I feel like would be more for what others think.. because as long as I am staying active, staying in my calorie range and losing weight.. at this point it's not something I really care about.
The only "event' I need to worry about is tomorrow night and I plan to take a fruit salad so that I'm not tempted by dessert.. if I do really want something like that I will eat no more then 3 bites and savor those and no more.
I will do my Monday Maneuvers on Monday
I will continue to complete each Tiger Challenge, and also do well on the WEC
I will lose weight again this week
I will plan and set a date the field trip I have earned for losing my first 5#s
I will seek out at least one more person/group/event that helps me a kinder, stronger, healthier person.
