Week 9 Results (Operation Pre-Pregnancy Weight)

Week 9 results for: May 27- June 2
Sorry for the late blog update it's been really busy around here. I had another bad week food wise, but I did manage to get back into my exercise routine. I'm not sure what's going on with me, why am I self sabotaging when I'm so close to my goal? I am letting my stress get to me again and I just need to get a grip and get back focus. If you all would be so kind to send my some encouragement, motivation, anything on Fridays I would greatly appreciate it.
Nutrition: I'm still struggling on Fridays with my nutrition. On Sunday I said enough is enough, I have got to take back control and that's what I did. I am putting it all out there for you all to know that it's not easy, you will have struggles, but it's up to you to get out of it. I stayed in range 5 out of 7 days.
Fitness: My goal was to exercise 4 days for at least 50mins. I didn't hit my 4 days, but I did improved from last week. I exercised 3 days.
Weigh In: I'm up 0.6, but it was expected. At one point I was up 1.8lbs and by weigh in it went down. It could have been worst and I'm so happy I didn't let a few bad days turn into a few back weeks, months, etc.
