Slow but sure wins the race

The weight may not be coming off as quickly as I would like, but it is coming off.
I really wanted to reach my goal weight for my 60th birthday which is in late
February of 2016. Not sure I can do it but I am not going to change that goal. It
would be a lot easier if I could exercise everyday, but the knee and heart
problems are keeping that in check. But I will NOT give up.
