I'm back again!
I've graduated with a 4.0 GPA, and added back on all of the weight I'd lost.
Yay and ouch.
SW: 189 lbs
GW: 150 lbs
I asked for a Fitbit as a graduation present, so I'm still trying to figure out how to utilize both SparkPeople and Fitbit in a way that is easy for me to understand.
If you have a fitbit, which site do you prefer for logging food?
I hit my 10,000 step goal today, so YAY ME!
I'm setting a mini-goal of -5 lbs by the 4th of July. I am going to have to reset my brain into mini-goal gear, get in a routine, and get moving!
