Aha moments..
When I have thought I have done terrible and feel like giving up. When I go ahead and track .. .most of the time I find out that I really haven't done that bad.. it can be fixed.. keep tracking.. keep moving.. keep going

When things seem the hardest, when the kindness, acknowledgement, friendship doesn't seem to be there.. know that something great is about to happen.. push through, keep going.... don't worry ... stay focused .. the One that knows is the only One that really matters

Looking forward..
no events or parties planned in the calendar.. circle the wagons, spend time with family, track my food and exercise.. really See my children.. look into their eyes.. let them know they are loved.. smile more

Post my weight (not just with the app, but in the tracker also!) next week in the morning right after I weigh so that Leaders don't have to ask me to
