Week 10 Results (Operation Pre-Pregnancy Weight)

Week 10 results for: June 3-9
This was a good week for me. Finally, I was able to really get back focus and fully get back on track. I went back to basics. I made my meal plan for the week, tracked all my calories, exercise, water, and made sure I stuck to my plan.
Nutrition: I stayed in range 7 days out of 7.
Exercise: I followed my exercise schedule and pushed myself.
Weigh In: I stepped on the scale and was so happy to see the 230's. Yeah baby!!!
