Little Baby B Is On The Way!

After two years of trying and one miscarriage this past fall, my husband and I finally are thrilled to announce that we are expecting and due January 2, 2016!!
I am over the moon ecstatic, however, I did battle some depression after my miscarriage and gained 12lbs, and an additional 15lbs prior. May not seem like too bad but for my wedding in 2012 I had lost 60lbs and was in the best shape/weight of my life. Was always obese since elementary school and I finally felt at peace with my body and was motivated by my healthy routine and love of running. Here is a picture of me at my lowest of 184lbs:

Definitely not my highest of 245lbs, but still bummed that I let myself slip.
This is a happy post and my resolve to have a healthy pregnancy! :) So far I have only gained 1lb in my 11 weeks of pregnancy and I am keeping my fingers and toes crossed that my energy shoots up in second trimester so I can be more regular at getting my steps in and/or hitting the gym. Also, I haven't had a stomach for much other than white carbs and fruit. I'll post more on that later. I'm excited to have the accountability out there and hope you'll enjoy me sharing my story with you.
