10 Days and Mini-Goals

Feeling a bit proud of myself. I just hit a mini-goal. I have successfully achieved 10,000 or more steps for 10 days!
I'm happy that I got the fitbit to help motivate me into moving more!
I also weighed myself this morning - post Colorado vacation - and I am still 189 lbs.
My other current mini-goal is to lose 5 lbs (get to 184) by July 4th. So... I haven't lost any pounds yet, but I haven't gained. So that is progress.
I'm glad I got moving today... it helped ease the muscles in my sore back. Whew.
And in other news... I have a coffee date tomorrow! Oh, man, I am so awkward in social activities. Send some positive thoughts my way, y'all, I'm afraid I'll spill coffee all over him or myself.
