Let's get real for a minute.
Thicker thighs (or any close body parts) + summer heat + exercise = chafing out the wazoo.
To be perfectly honest, I feel like doing the duck waddle with every step I take. And it wasn't my exercise clothes that caused it. I started to feel the friction when I began sweating and walking in my normal clothes.
Do you have any advice for dealing with chafing during and after exercise? Normally I would just stop walking for a few days until it gets better, but I don't want to lose my walking momentum.
I really want to continue with my walking, but I am feeling a bit discouraged with this rough patch (lame pun intended).
Thanks for listening,
