Gosh, I am in for a very hard road ahead.

After two years (yes, TWO years!) of tests, diet tweaks, fitness tweaks, doctors, specialists, trainers, and dietitians, everyone has come to the conclusion that I need to eat less than Spark recommends.
My bottom line... I GAIN at 1500 calories, even with being active and being way overweight. I maintain at around 1200-1250.
To lost the weight I need to lose... well, you can figure that out. And now that it has been figured out, it will be very very difficult to lose the weight AND keep it off.
